- Booking details: seller location, product information, inspection instructions;
- Identity verification: for agents, NIN / BVN-related documents (where provided);

- Device information;
- IP address;
- Pages visited and time on site (via analytics); and
- Cookies (see Section 7).
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Create and manage your account;
- Process bookings, inspections and dispatch agents;
- Communicate with you about your bookings, status updates and waybills;

We process personal data on the basis of: your consent (which you may withdraw anytime), performance of a contract with you (delivering services you booked), and our legitimate interests (security, analytics, fraud prevention) - balanced against your rights.

- With agents assigned to your booking (name, phone, WhatsApp, seller and item details as needed);
- With third-party service providers who help us operate (hosting, email, SMS / WhatsApp, payment, waybill), under confidentiality obligations;

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed passwords, access controls and secure hosting, to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Jits provides inspection and assistance. We do not sell the seller's product and do not guarantee it. The final buying decision is always yours.
