THE JITS PROCESS

How Jits Market Agent works

From online listing to your doorstep — a trusted pair of eyes, on your side.

  1. 01 Find Your Product

Find and negotiate with your seller through Jiji, Facebook Marketplace, WhatsApp or another source.

  2. 02 Book an Agent

Provide seller location and product information in a few simple steps.

  3. 03 We Meet the Seller

A verified Jits agent physically meets the seller and confirms the shop exists.

  4. 04 See What We See

Receive inspection results, photos and live video communication.

  5. 05 You Decide

Approve, reject or request additional checks before any money moves.

  6. 06 We Collect

If approved, authorize the agent to collect the item.

  7. 07 We Help Waybill

Agent arranges transport and sends waybill information to you.

WHY JITS

Don't send money blindly.

An attractive online listing does not tell you what is actually waiting at the seller's location.

Book Someone on the Ground

Seller Exists

A real person confirms the shop, the location and the seller.

Product Exists

The item is physically on ground, not just in a photo.

Product Checked

Requested functions and features are tested and reported.

See It Live

Watch the inspection in real time before you commit.

Collect After Approval

Nothing is collected unless you authorize it.

Waybill Assistance

We help arrange transport to your destination.

We report what we see.

Jits does not sell the product. Jits acts as your independent on-ground assistant. An agent reports the observable condition and the results of the checks performed at the time of inspection, so you can make a better-informed buying decision.

  • Jits never claims a product is "100% guaranteed".
  • You decide whether to buy — not the agent.
  • Collection only happens after your explicit approval.
